Michael gave a reasonable price over the phone after I emailed him a photo of the wall unit I wanted trashed. No one else was able to give me a price over the phone; they only wanted to come to the house to give me an estimate. One Greek junk removal company quoted me $595, an outrageous price. Bravo to Michael for being technically savvy and REASONABLE. Both Hasan and Manny came promptly during the 2 hour window of time; Hasan called to let me know he was coming. They took apart the unit neatly and were just wonderful. XS Trash is just amazing.

I called on a Friday evening to remove some construction debris from a small condo I was remodeling. I was given a price over the phone and told that the guys will be there between 10 and 12 on Saturday. Three guys showed up, on time, friendly, professional, and got right to work. They were done in an hour. They swept up after themselves. And even helped me put a mirror into my car. It was a big mirror. My contrast, I had called the local trash company to ask them how much it would cost to get a dumpster placed so that I could do the work myself. It was more expensive just to set the dumpster. XS trash did a great job!

I’ve used this service three times in the last 2 months... I have to say it’s the best! Every time I called, they answered, no voice mail, or anything like that. They are extremely flexible when it comes to dropping off and picking up. So if you’re trying to avoid those pesky HOAs or whatever, you definitely can! The low cost of having a dumpster dropped off comes with 5-7 days at your location. OR, have them pick it up sooner! I will always always always select this company over any others! And when my condo flipping business takes off, this will be the company I contract
